All deliveries are fulfilled by the third-party retailer or distributor selected at the time of purchase.
As Fainom Publishers partners with various external retailers and print-on-demand providers, each order is processed, shipped, and delivered according to the specific policies, timelines, and courier services of that third party.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Delivery durations will vary depending on:
- The retailer or distributor selected
- The printing and fulfilment process (where applicable)
- The courier service used
- The delivery location
Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are set by the third party and are outside the control of Fainom Publishers.
TRACKING AND SUPPORT
Once your order has been placed:
- Tracking details (if available) will be provided by the third-party retailer
- All delivery updates, delays, or issues must be handled directly with the retailer or courier responsible for fulfilment
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Fainom Publishers does not handle the physical shipping of books and therefore cannot:
- Guarantee delivery timeframes
- Intervene in courier processes
- Resolve delivery disputes on behalf of third parties
