All returns, refunds, and order-related issues are handled by the third-party retailer or distributor selected at the time of purchase.

As Fainom Publishers works with external retailers and print-on-demand providers, we do not process or manage physical orders, shipments, or returns.

ORDER ISSUES COVERED

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Orders not received
  • Incorrect items received
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Missing items
  • Delivery disputes

HOW TO RESOLVE AN ISSUE

If you experience any issue with your order, you must:

  1. Contact the retailer or platform you purchased from
  2. Follow their specific returns, refunds, or claims process
  3. Use any tracking or order reference provided at checkout

Each retailer has its own policies regarding:

  • Return eligibility
  • Refund timeframes
  • Replacement procedures

IMPORTANT NOTE

Fainom Publishers:

  • Does not handle returns or refunds for third-party orders
  • Has no control over retailer policies or decisions
  • Cannot process claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect items
