As Fainom Publishers works with external retailers and print-on-demand providers, we do not process or manage physical orders, shipments, or returns.

If you experience any issue with your order, you must:

- Use any tracking or order reference provided at checkout

- Does not handle returns or refunds for third-party orders
- Has no control over retailer policies or decisions
- Cannot process claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect items
